Company News | HHMAX-ENERGY Presents at the 30th IAEA Fusion Energy Conference
   On October 14, the National Nuclear Safety Administration, in collaboration with the People's Government of Sichuan Province and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), hosted the 2nd Ministerial Meeting of the World Fusion Energy Group and the 30th IAEA Fusion Energy Conference in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. HHMAX-ENERGY (Chengdu) Technology Co., Ltd participated in the conference as a representative of China's commercial fusion companies. The company showcased its research achievements and facility construction progress in the Linear Field Reversal Configuration (FRC) technology at the exhibition area, attracting significant attention from attending leaders and guests.

   The 2nd Ministerial Meeting of the World Fusion Energy Group was themed “Fusion Energy: The Future of Clean Energy.” The 30th IAEA Fusion Energy Conference focused on “Innovation and the Future of Fusion Energy—Technology, Cooperation, and Sustainable Development.” Zhang Guoqing, Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Shan Zhongde, Director of the National Nuclear Safety Administration of China, delivered the keynote address titled “Implementing the Four Global Initiatives to Promote High-Quality International Development of the Nuclear Energy Sector.” Wang Xiaohui, Secretary of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee; Shi Xiaolin, Governor of the Sichuan Provincial People's Government; Rafael Grossi, Director General of the IAEA; Pietro Barabassi, Director General of the ITER Organization; Tony Dorn, Chair of the European Fusion Development Directorate (EFDD); Chen Jiachang, Vice Minister of Science and Technology of China; Liu Jing, Deputy Director General of the CNSA; Shen Yanfeng, Chairman of China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC); and Zhang Tao, General Manager of CNNC, among others, attended the opening ceremony.

   Representatives from HHMAX participated in the opening ceremony of the Fusion Energy Conference, the release of Sichuan Province's nuclear fusion planning and policies alongside the Nuclear Medical Technology Supply-Demand Matching Conference, the Western Institute of Physics' “Glory of Sixty Years: Fusion · China and the World” themed event, and the Mianyang Nuclear Medical Technology Supply-Demand Matching Conference. They engaged in in-depth exchanges and interactions with leading global experts and scholars, government officials from relevant departments, leaders of public and private enterprises, and representatives from international organizations.

   During the conference, 56 entities including fusion industry chain players, research institutes, universities, commercial fusion companies, and supply chain enterprises—such as HHMAX —participated in the accompanying exhibition, comprehensively showcasing recent international and domestic achievements in fusion research collaboration and innovation. HHMAX-ENERGY's booth employed models, explanatory videos, and displays of its latest equipment to vividly present the company's recent research achievements in linear field reversal configuration (FRC) technology and the engineering progress of its first-generation HHMAX-901 device. The exhibit drew numerous attendees, fostering a lively atmosphere of consultation and exchange.

   This conference, as the most widely attended and influential international event in the global nuclear fusion science, technology, and engineering fields, attracted nearly 2,000 experts, scholars, and industry representatives from 61 countries and international organizations worldwide, including Russia, the United States, France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Morocco, and Ethiopia. Through this conference, HHMAX-ENERGY further strengthened exchanges and communication with global peers, exploring collaborations in fusion energy scientific research, technological breakthroughs, and industrial development.
